mimojo is a cashback reward app that is effortless to use.

Go to Get Support within the app from within the Help & Support section of My Account. You can reach us in a few different ways and we’ll try to resolve all your issues as quickly and efficiently as we can.

It’s so simple! You just enrol your credit & debit cards within the mimojo app and when you pay using any of these cards at any of our merchant partners, you earn cashback! We collect this on your behalf, accumulate it, and disburse the total cashback to you once per month. We call this mimojo payday. The cashback will appear as a credit on your subscription card.

mimojo costs AED 9.99 / QAR 9.99 per month but the first 3 months are free! Your first monthly payment is collected in the 4th month after you’ve enrolled your cards for the first time.

We’ll reward you generously for sharing the love! Simply go to Refer A Friend from within the My Account section of the app. Here you can find out how it works, retrieve your Referral Code and share it. We’ll reward both you and your friend with AED 20 / QAR 20 for every genuine referral. Your reward will be added to your next eligible payday.

Immediately if you pay using your phone (ApplePay, Samsung Pay, etc.)! But if you pay using your physical card then it can take up to 24 hours for you to start earning cashback once you’ve enrolled your card. We recommend you always pay using your phone!

Simply enrol your new card and then choose this card to be used for your subscription. You can do all this within the My Account section of the app.

Sure, you can easily pause your subscription at any time within the app My Account section. Remember, you won’t earn any cashback while your account is paused.

Go to My Account and then Help & Support to delete your account.

Great news! To activate your complimentary subscription, simply enrol your EIB card. Our smart system will automatically recognise your card and apply the benefit. If you've already registered your EIB card and don’t see your complimentary subscription, please reach out to our customer support team for help.

For all promotional offers and marketing campaigns, including those offering rewards or incentives, the minimum spend requirement will apply. Customers cannot receive a reward that exceeds the value of the qualifying transaction(s).

For example:

• If the promotional reward is AED 10 for making a first transaction, but the customer’s transaction is AED 5, the maximum reward payable will be AED 5.

• If multiple transactions are made (e.g. two AED 5 transactions totalling AED 10 or more within the campaign period), the full AED 10 reward may be applied.

• If a single qualifying transaction equals or exceeds AED 10, the full reward is payable.

mimojo reserves the right to apply this condition across all marketing campaigns to ensure rewards do not exceed the customer’s actual spend.

mimojo payday is the 15th of the month, every month! You’ll receive a payday if you’ve made at least 1 eligible transaction since your last payday. Check your Cashback screen to keep track of your current cashback value. There is a 14-day processing period after the transaction has been processed, before we add your cashback value to your next payday. Your payday will also include any eligible Referral Rewards you’ve accrued until that date.

Check the top of the Home screen and the Cashback screen within the app.

We recommend uploading your receipt because:

• it assures our merchant partners that multiple discounts have not been applied to a single transaction

• it helps avoid confusion if you split the bill, and it simplifies the accurate calculation and distribution of your cashback

• it provides evidence of your purchase, so we can confirm your eligibility for cashback and swiftly address any disputes

mimojo supports Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

You simply live your life and use your enrolled cards at any of our merchant partners. Our technology means you never miss out on cashback - all your rewards are automatically processed whenever you spend at one of our merchants.

The most common reason is that notifications are turned off for the mimojo app – please check they’re enabled within your phone settings. We strongly recommend transaction notifications are enabled (in Notifications & Privacy within My Account) because we really need to notify you about important things such as our payday payments to you! If you’re not using your phone to pay (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc.) then there’s a chance you may not get timely notifications. It all depends on the card you’re using, and the bank associated with the outlet. Additionally, it can take a few days longer for us to receive notifications of transactions at certain merchant partners if you use Mastercard. But we’ll still be able to alert you once your cashback is approved.

We’re required to have a buffer of 14 days from the date your transaction is processed before we add your cashback value to your next payday. Don’t worry, you’ll never miss out on any cashback owed to you because it’ll roll over to the next payday.

Once we’ve paid your cashback to your subscription card, it can take up to 5 working days for it to reflect on your card statement, and your bank may not notify you. This varies depending on which bank is the issuer of your card. If you can’t see the cashback credited to your card after 5 days then please contact mimojo customer services: wecare@mimojo.io.

If you pay using Circle by mimojo and you pay with an enrolled card then yes, you will earn cashback.

But if you pay with any other QR code payment service then you will not earn cashback. You have to make payment directly with our merchant partner to earn cashback. If you pay via a QR code payment service other than Circle by mimojo then you're not actually paying our merchant partner, you're paying the QR code payment company who settle with the merchant partner later.

Pending status indicates that the transaction is currently being processed or awaiting approval; this will take no more than 14 days. We’ll send you a push notification when the transaction status changes, and you can always see the status in the app Cashback screen. Pending transactions are not included in the payday. But don’t worry, they’ll be included in the next payday once they’re approved.

Declined status indicates that the cashback has been declined by our merchant partner, most likely because they’ve already funded an offer in this transaction. We’ll send you a push notification if a transaction is declined, and you can see the status of your transactions in the Cashback screen within the app. If you believe the transaction should not have been declined, then you can appeal from the transaction details screen or by swiping left on the declined transaction in the transactions list. Please be sure to attach your itemised bill to your appeal. Our customer service team will then thoroughly investigate the matter for you.
